Call 0800 880 100 or email sales@blueshop.co.nz to discuss request for refund. Upon approval, simply return your purchased goods to us in its original packaging, as close to unopened state as possible within 7 days for a full refund. If the purchased product has been used, a restocking fee may apply if no manufacturing fault is found.
